Sabrina Franco I remember coming across this track a few months ago on the Xanthochroid FB page and after listening to it again recently, I figured it was time to own it.

This song reminds me slightly of "Winter's End" off of the "Blessed He With Boils" album from Xanthochroid, where the music has this "unplugged" element to it that I appreciate.

about

Wrote it in the very early morning during the start of the crazy rainstorm we had Feb 29th, 2014

lyrics

Hold me now
Speak, times of old
Pale rain of time
Reflects what was told

Sing me a song
One that reels of light
Care to keep a lay
To wind away the strife

"Sewn together and torn apart
Days so warm to nights so dark
Alms of evocative words
Spoken by seductive pure"

Take paths untold
Watch your life unfold
Dream to and from
Teach while you strum

Hold them now,
Your child, your kin, your lay
Speak times of old
Be keen, may they stray

"Sewn together and torn apart
Days so warm to nights so dark
Alms of evocative words
Spoken by seductive pure"
